War in Ukraine

Given the current war which Russia unleashed in Ukraine, we, the organizers,  feel that it is appropriate to inform you about the current situation in Prague.

As things stand now, the possibility of organizing the Hume Society conference in Prague is not affected by the terrible tragedy we see developing in Ukraine. All services work as usual.

We will update the information here should anything important change.

There is one worry we have - if EU blocks imports of Russian oil, the prices of plane tickets might start to grow quite fast. If you decide to book tickets for the current price to avoid this uncertainty, please check the cancellation policy of the agency or airlines providing the tickets, to make sure that your tickets are, in some acceptable way, refundable.

We are looking forward to meeting you in Prague and we hope that Summer will bring happier times to Europe.
